The complete text of CCR revision 5 has been incorporated in the CCR link to the left.  In addition, the changes in that amendment have been incorporated into the body of the document as well.  Note that this is an "informal" copy, created to make automated text searching easier; please refer to the formal documentation from the board for any weighty decisions.

Welcome to the Dungeness Greens Owners' Association web presence.  Our small neighborhood of Dungeness Greens is located on the North Olympic Peninsula, North and West of Sequim, Washington.

The neighborhood comprises approximately 84 acres, including a wetlands set aside (no hunting allowed!).  We welcome hikers and walkers on our private roads, but request that they respect our Wet Lands set aside area and stay on the pavement.
