AMENDMENT #6

TO DECLARATION OF COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, AND RESTRICTIONS

FOR

DUNGENESS GREENS

            Whenever declarations are referred to herein, it shall reference the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions previously recorded under Clallam County Auditor’s file No. 706160

1.   Amending Article IV, Section 2, A-3b, adding the words “or any other suitable fencing material” following the word “masonry” to read as follows:

“All fences shall be constructed of wood, wrought iron, masonry or any other suitable fencing material and be subject to Architectural Control Committee approval as to design, construction type and location (if other than on a property line).”
